We are seeking
Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph
to join our Missions Technology and Solutions Division, located in Chantilly, Reston, or McLean, Virginia. The role involves providing customized ISD services to meet the training needs of specific organizational units, ensuring standardization across design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs. Responsibilities encompass all phases of the training development cycle. Responsibilities
Develop data collection instruments to identify performance gaps or organizational impacts and evaluate instruction effectiveness. Conduct data collection, analyze findings, and report on performance and instructional gains. Document instructional design plans clearly in design documents or project plans to guide development. Use empirical data to inform instructional design decisions, focusing on performance improvements and learning evaluations. Design learner-centered instructional strategies that engage and motivate. Create project management plans for instructional design projects, including schedules, tasks, milestones, and scope. Design assessments to measure learning gains. Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and media teams, demonstrating how teamwork benefits the project. Required Education & Experience
