Youth Lead Program Director & Coach

SWAG Kids Gym is seeking a dynamic and passionate Children’s Lead Program Director and Coach to lead our youth programs. This role blends hands‑on coaching with leadership, curriculum development, and parent engagement to create a fun, safe, and inspiring environment for children ages 1–12. This is an hourly position averaging 25–30 hours per week. The schedule will be primarily Monday–Friday, with morning and early evening hours and occasional weekend opportunities. A background check is required prior to employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging youth classes, building physical, social, and mental skills through fun, structured activities.
• Oversee class programming, seasonal curriculum design, and program quality.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate assistant coaches.
• Build strong relationships with families and provide excellent communication.
• Support gym-hosted events, birthday parties, and community programs.
• Assist with scheduling, enrollment tracking, and overall program growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in youth development, coaching, or early childhood education.
• High‑energy personality with a love for working with kids.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach while also managing staff and program details.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

Compensation & Schedule

• $25 per hour
• 25–30 hours per week
• Monday–Friday (mornings & early evenings) with possible weekend opportunities
