About the Role

You are a senior partnerships leader with deep experience in:

  • eCommerce platforms (TikTok Shop , Shopify , Amazon )
  • SaaS integrations / merchant-facing technology

You have real partner-facing experience with these platforms—co-selling, integrations, or ecosystem BD.

You can translate business requirements into technical enablement, work with product & engineering teams, and drive merchant-facing growth through scalable partnerships.

You communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and thrive in roles that connect ecosystem strategy → platform integration → business impact .

Who You Are

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will expand 17TRACK’s ecosystem across:

  • Marketplaces
  • eCommerce platforms

You will focus primarily on North America , building partnerships that accelerate:

  • API integrations
  • Visibility & tracking product adoption
  • Platform-led pipeline

Key Responsibilities

1. Expand platform & fintech partnerships

  • Build and deepen partnerships with TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Klarna , and other merchant-focused platforms.
  • Identify ecosystem opportunities that support integration, workflows, and merchant adoption.

2. Lead negotiations & structure commercial agreements

  • Own partner discussions, deal frameworks, and scalable collaboration models.
  • Align partnership terms with API usage, merchant pipeline, and long-term commercial value.

3. Drive partner-led merchant growth & product adoption

  • Work with platforms to identify merchant opportunities and accelerate onboarding.
  • Support adoption of 17TRACK APIs and visibility tools.

4. Collaborate with Product & Engineering on integrations

  • Translate partner needs into clear technical and integration requirements.
  • Coordinate internal alignment for platform onboarding and enablement.

5. Own executive-level platform relationships

  • Provide ecosystem insights that shape roadmap, GTM, and product strategy.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across merchant operations and workflows.

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years in Strategic Partnerships, Platform BD, SaaS/Fintech Ecosystem Growth, or Merchant Tech
  • Hands-on experience with: TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, PayPal, Klarna or similar ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of DTC/merchant workflows, SaaS integrations, and API-driven products
  • Proven commercial negotiation experience & ability to influence senior/executive partners
  • Experience leading integrations or partner-led GTM programs
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
  • Track record of delivering partner-driven growth
