Position Overview

The Executive Director at Eden Vista Stow is responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of the community, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team engagement. This role requires a results-driven leader who prioritizes culture, mission, and service excellence while maintaining high operational standards. The Executive Director will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and ensure a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the community to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
    • Provide leadership, direction, and support to all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
    • Develop and implement strategic goals to improve services and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Resident Care & Satisfaction
    • Regularly engage with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
    • Continuously assess residents' needs and create programs and services that support independence and well-being.
    • Uphold and enhance the quality of life for residents by maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including housing and landlord-tenant laws.
    • Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to all licensing and accreditation requirements.
  • Staff Development
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.
    • Provide regular performance feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Community Engagement & Partnerships
    • Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
    • Promote the community and establish a positive presence and reputation.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and resource optimization.
    • Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality services.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Director preferred.
  • Strong understanding of housing laws, senior care regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and inspire a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience working with senior populations and understanding their unique needs.
  • Strong financial and sales acumen.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
