This is a full-time, on-site position located in Martinsville, VA, for the role of Executive Director. The Executive Director will oversee the organization's daily operations, providing strategic direction, managing resources, and leading teams to achieve the company's mission and goals. Responsibilities include spearheading business development efforts, managing financial planning and budgets, fostering partnerships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves representing Purpose Driven Solutions in public and private forums to promote the organization's vision.

- Financial management skills, including budgeting and oversight of funding sources.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholder and partner engagement.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to represent an organization in public forums and build partnerships.
- Experience in nonprofit, civic engagement, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
