Director of Applications – GTN Technical Staffing

We are seeking a Director of Applications to lead enterprise software strategy, development, and support. This role requires strong leadership, ERP experience, and the ability to align applications with business goals while improving user experience and efficiency.

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application optimization, testing, and implementation.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align technology with organizational objectives.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and project delivery.
• Standardize intake, documentation, and project tracking processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8–12 years of relevant application/IT experience.
• 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• ERP expertise required (Prophet 21 a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred: Salesforce administration, M&A experience, Master Data Management, SQL, Quality Management Systems.
