Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a hands‑on and growth‑oriented Director of Digital Experience to lead optimization and execution of our end‑to‑end digital customer journeys across both prescriber and pet owner (B2B2C) e‑commerce storefronts.

This role will translate commercial priorities and customer needs into actionable digital initiatives, ensuring our online experiences are intuitive, compliant, data‑driven, and aligned to growth objectives.

The ideal candidate combines customer‑centric thinking with technical fluency and strong execution skills, and thrives in cross‑functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data teams.

What You’ll Do

Digital Strategy & Roadmap Execution

  • Execute digital experience initiatives aligned to commercial growth priorities.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and prioritised enhancements.
  • Drive digital functionality that supports the full prescription lifecycle, including creation, adherence, refills, and renewals.
  • Identify and implement scalable improvements across multi‑channel user journeys and workflows.
  • Lead select digital transformation initiatives, including platform enhancements and experience modernisation efforts.
  • Advance personalisation capabilities and adopt emerging technologies to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention.

Conversion & Experience Optimization

  • Establish and manage a structured CRO and experimentation process.
  • Leverage customer data, analytics, and feedback to inform UX improvements.
  • Partner with Product and Technology to optimise site architecture, navigation, and checkout flows.
  • Deliver enhancements that drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Technology to prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure digital platforms remain reliable, user‑friendly, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Support agile testing and iterative improvement efforts.
  • Evaluate tools that enhance personalisation and performance tracking.

Technology & Platform Partnership

  • Collaborate with Technology to prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure digital platforms remain reliable, user‑friendly, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Support agile testing and iterative improvement efforts.
  • Evaluate tools that enhance personalisation and performance tracking.

Data & Performance Accountability

  • Define and track KPIs related to conversion, engagement, adherence, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Intelligence to measure ROI and impact.
  • Translate performance insights into prioritised action plans.

Cross‑Functional Execution

  • Act as a key liaison across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data Automation.
  • Support lifecycle activation across digital touchpoints.
  • Enable scalable growth for accounts not directly managed by Sales.
  • Manage agency partners or vendors as needed.

What You’ve Done

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital experience, product, e‑commerce, or digital optimisation roles.
  • Experience partnering with Technology and Product teams.
  • Track record of driving measurable digital growth.
  • Experience with modern e‑commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, or similar).
  • Familiarity with lifecycle engagement, personalisation, UX, experimentation, and analytics.
  • Experience in regulated industries preferred.

  • Compensation range is based on experience and location with a target starting base at $150K+ plus bonus incentives
