Position : Executive Director of Technology Strategy at TLC. You will lead the transformation of our digital platforms and services, ensuring a solid foundation while modernizing onto the Salesforce platform and addressing complex business challenges, all while maintaining existing systems. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, self-motivated technology leader who can lead design and development solutions and provide CRM-centric expertise using Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Drive the agency\'s digital transformation strategy, with a focus on CRM-centric solutions like Salesforce and MS Dynamics.
- Lead by example with hands-on technical guidance to development teams.
- Foster the development of team members and groom future leaders who can contribute to the agency\'s success.
- Collaborate with managers to address high-priority enterprise data issues, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Lead and evolve the transformation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) into an Agile and DevOps culture, fostering process innovation.
- Provide technical leadership in application design, integration, performance optimization, and process improvement.
- Promote IT innovation through research and development, evaluating new technologies, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Engage in proofs of concept and prototypes for agency-wide initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies aligned with the agency\'s goals.
- Utilize cloud and hybrid/PaaS platforms (e.g., Azure) for application architecture and development.
- Assist the CIO in preparing for large technology purchases and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with the Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) to ensure strict adherence to security policies.

COMPUTER SYSTEMS MANAGER - 10050
Qualifications
- A master\'s degree in computer science from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of progressively more responsible, full-time IT experience, including applications development, systems development, data communications and networking, database administration, data processing, or user services; at least eighteen (18) months of this experience must include administrative, managerial or executive capacity in the related duties; or
- A baccalaureate degree and four (4) years of progressively more responsible IT experience as described above; or
- A four-year high school diploma or equivalent and six (6) years of progressively more responsible IT experience as described above; or
- A satisfactory combination of education and experience equivalent to the above, with at least a four-year high school diploma and at least three (3) years of experience as described, including the eighteen (18) months of administrative/managerial/executive/supervisory experience.
In the absence of a baccalaureate degree, undergraduate credits may be substituted for a maximum of two (2) years of IT experience with 30 semester credits equating to six (6) months of experience. Graduate credits may substitute for up to one (1) year of IT experience, with additional constraints as described in the original posting.
