Director of Software Engineering – CyberCoders

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX – Must be on-site 3x/week.

Salary: $180k–$225k + 15% Bonus, PTO, 401(k) w/ match and comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives and drive the evolution of e‑commerce platforms.
• Strategic planning, technical oversight, and operational direction.
• Team development, production support, and strategic road‑mapping.
• Executive read‑outs and collaboration with design teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology roles, including at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
• Direct experience in B2C e‑commerce/retail environments with high traffic volumes.
• Strong background in enterprise application development and support teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with headless/Microservices/APIs.
• Proficiency in React or Next.js and headless architecture.
• Background in retail and e‑commerce industry.
• Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Hands‑on experience with production and support.
• Experience working with design teams and style guides.
