Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX (2x/week onsite)

Compensation: $180K-$225K base + 15% bonus + 401(k) match + full benefits

About the Role

We're hiring a hands‑on technology leader to drive the strategy, development, and support of our enterprise applications. You'll lead a team scaling our high‑traffic systems and deliver platform improvements across performance, reliability, and user experience.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in enterprise software, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in B2C e‑commerce or retail environments
• Strong background in application architecture, integration, and production support
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, headless architecture
• You've worked with React, Next.js, WordPress, or WooCommerce
• Comfortable collaborating with design and UX teams
