Overview

Senior Manager, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment. Our client, a leading accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Paid Social Analyst to join their team in Mountain View, CA . This role will be hybrid and require 2-3 days onsite. This is an 11-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!

Base pay range : $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and synthesize social data into meaningful insights while providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all paid content-related inquiries and projects.
  • Identify new content opportunities based on performance analysis and suggest campaign optimizations.
  • Use Asana to track all social and influencer content across multiple agencies.
  • Act as a program manager for social and influencer-paid content.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Support the agencies the team works with and program resources to effectively execute projects.

Qualifications

  • A degree in marketing, communications, digital media, program management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or corporate environment working directly in paid social or marketing.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads Manager, and related tools.
