Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for The Atlantic District.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies for market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build, train, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience within the (Industry specific, e.g., Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate) sector is highly desirable.
