Do you have hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads for local lead generation? We're hiring Full-Time Media Buyers to join our growing digital marketing agency that supports medical and legal practices. About the Role
This role is ideal for experienced media buyers who are comfortable managing multiple accounts and optimizing paid advertising campaigns within a funnel-based system. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to drive measurable results through paid social and paid search. Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and collaborate on offer development and ad strategy Communicate campaign strategy and set clear expectations with clients Launch, manage, and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns Monitor performance, analyze data, and report insights internally Coordinate with team members via Slack Manage account-related projects using Monday.com Oversee and optimize campaigns across a portfolio of active client accounts What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience
running Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads (TikTok Ads experience is a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication Experience working with lead generation funnels Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment Reliable, self-directed, and interested in long-term growth Compensation:
