Your impact: Review orders on contract for contract compliance Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters Here's what you'll need: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field 4 years in cost estimation experience which includes cost preparation, review of architectural, mechanical, electrical components of building projects Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel Estimating experience in all areas of construction Posted salary range: minimum $85,000.00 to upper $95,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
