Sunnyvale, CA Compensation: $38-48 hr + Comprehensive Benefits (for eligible positions) Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking compassionate, team-oriented Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our dynamic rehabilitation department. We are a resident-centered skilled nursing and post-acute community committed to high-quality therapy outcomes, excellent communication, and a supportive team culture. We welcome Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN applicants. About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions that help residents regain mobility, improve strength, and maximize functional independence. Your work will directly contribute to successful outcomes and the wellbeing of our residents. Responsibilities

Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist Deliver high-quality therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions Accurately document services provided in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to the therapy team Participate in interdisciplinary care planning Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment Qualifications
