High-Quality Intervention: Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments as outlined in the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist. Functional Mobility: Lead residents through gait training, therapeutic exercises, and balance activities using our state-of-the-art equipment. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of therapists and nurses to ensure a holistic, resident-centered approach to recovery. Resident & Family Education: Empower residents and their families by providing instruction on assistive devices and home exercise programs.
