Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager (Ref job code: MOM 01-25) Job Location: TopSyntax, Inc., 44240 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538 Job Duties: Planning and directing marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products. Reviewing sales or Marketing performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Coordinate with the team to process to connect the extended leadership team and directs - ensuring regular cadence of engagement and leveraging appropriate strategic assets across the team as it relates to the strategy and execution process. Creating clarity around emerging areas so the team can prioritize and resource them. Initiating market research studies or analyzing their findings. Coordinating high value, cross-functional initiatives, and projects. Working closely with other business units and merchants focusing on the development of key products. Using sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure sale closure. Coordinating closely with other business units like procurement, legal, finance, product and sales. Business Controls to ensure all processes / procedures are fully compliant. Providing training and guidance to the team and be the focal point of the team. Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field. Requires five years of experience in the job offered, Operations & Marketing Manager, Marketing Leader or related occupation. The required experience must include at least five years of experience in Project Management Fundamentals, Budget and Resource Management, ROI (Return on Investment) Management, Operation Excellence, Sales Forecasting, GDPR, Business Controls/Compliance Acumen, Tableau & SQL and SaaS.
