SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant

Position Summary:
Support SAP FI/CO implementations for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems. Analyze data, develop specifications, and ensure compliance and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities: Support SAP integrations for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Gather requirements from multi-disciplinary users for system changes. Develop functional specifications for financial enhancements and integrations. Configure SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting. Configure SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting. Perform data migration, system conversion, and validation. nalyze and reconcile complex financial datasets during transitions. Support revenue recognition, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. Collaborate with teams for IT integration project success. Ensure compliance with Cost Accounting Standards, FAR, GAAP, and SOX. Communicate analysis, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting. Hands-on experience with SAP CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, complex allocations, overhead costs. Experience with SAP PS, MM, SD, TR modules, and financial reporting. Proven data migration and system conversion in M&A integrations. Strong analytical skills for complex financial data reconciliation. Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards, FAR, GAAP, SOX compliance. bility to work independently in complex environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
