Fuel Accounting & Reconciliation Specialist
Tempe, AZ Onsite 8am to 5pm with some flexibility $23 to $26 per hour Open ended contract About The Role
This position supports a high volume fuel accounting group that manages invoice reconciliation and GL activity. You will work heavily with data, help resolve discrepancies. What You Will Do
Reconcile fuel invoices and support GL tasks Pull and review data to resolve discrepancies Assist with system issues and review transactional details Complete manual matching work when needed Communicate with vendors for missing documents or clarification Shift between tasks based on workload and department needs What You Bring
Strong Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables MS Access experience is a plus At least 3 years of corporate GL accounting including reconciliations, journal entries, and data analysis Ability to work independently and handle large volumes of data Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Angela Walton Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
