Overview The Volunteer Graphic Design Assistant supports the City of Goodyear by creating engaging visual materials that help communicate city programs, events, and volunteer initiatives to the community. Volunteers in this role will assist with designing graphics for digital and print materials such as flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and event promotions. This opportunity allows creative individuals to contribute their design talents to meaningful community initiatives while helping the City share important information in a clear and visually engaging way. Responsibilities Design visual materials such as flyers, social media graphics, digital banners, and promotional materials. Assist with formatting and layout of documents, presentations, and informational materials. Ensure designs align with the City of Goodyear branding and style guidelines. Revise and update graphics based on staff feedback. Organize and maintain digital design files for easy access and future use. Communicate progress and collaborate with the Volunteer Coordinator or assigned staff. Qualifications Experience with graphic design tools in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual layout, typography, and design consistency. Ability to follow brand guidelines and incorporate feedback into design revisions. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively. Must complete the City of Goodyear volunteer application. Must pass background screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
