About The Opportunity WeWork is looking for a strategic Email Marketing to support the development, implementation, and management of email campaigns and digital in-building screens globally.
As part of WeWork’s global Email, App, & CRM team on the broader Global Demand Generation & Performance Marketing function, this individual will report to the Manager, Email Marketing and be a key cross-organization partner to the Marketing, Sales, Community, and Member Experience teams to deploy key email initiatives targeted to members, prospects, and brokers. This person should thrive in environments with high cross-functional collaboration and be comfortable working at a fast paced company with a global footprint.
Responsibilities
Build and launch global email campaigns targeted to members, prospects, and brokers
Manage audience segments within our owned database for email campaign deployment
Partner with stakeholders to develop email request briefs for new campaign builds
Identify testing opportunities for improving email engagement and optimizing messaging
Support the Email Marketing Manager in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to provide actionable insights for driving continuous KPI improvement
Support the efficiency of the Email App, & CRM team’s production queue by managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring project timelines align with team capacity
Lead weekly stakeholder meeting to review status and prioritization of upcoming projects
Manage, develop, and execute content strategy for WeWork’s digital in-building screens globally
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
2+ years of email marketing experience
Proficient in English.
HTML and CSS experience required
Understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting
Experience with A/B testing and email optimization to drive conversion and engagement
Embraces an analytical approach and is comfortable working with data and digging into numbers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Passion for excellence, results, and team collaboration
Ability to excel in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud
