Under the direction of the Manager of Loan Processing, the Loan Processor (LP) is responsible for stripping and stacking the loan package. The Loan Processor (LP) will review all loan requests to ensure accuracy and validity of all documents requested by the lenders. After receiving a document request from the Sales Department, the Loan Processor (LP) will contract the actual loan and set up a DocuSign envelope for signatures and completion. The LP will then contact the Sales Department to get all paperwork signed. This includes emails, scan portals, and FEDEX overnights for POA’s and any title paperwork that is needed to perfect the title. The Loan Processor will organize all the paperwork to prepare the package for the bank/lending partner. The LP will be responsible for clean loan packages and getting the loan funded in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Process the refinance of auto loans
Communicate with funders on all funding delays assigned
Ensure all signatures are completed properly and quality assure the entire loan process.
Verify client information is filled in correctly on all loan documents
Verify the vehicle and loan structure - Checking the VIN on ALL paperwork and verifying the approval matches the paperwork
Verify all stipulations - Checking the registration for all names, dates, and vehicle info. Verifying the DL matches, and all dates are valid. Reviewing all insurance information. Making sure POR matches the contract, and verifying POI matches which includes calculating the income. Ensure all other lender requested documents comply with Lender standards.
The LP will send out all information including the contract as well as product contracts to the customer
Maintain a professional, calm manner with all professional and business interactions
Perform other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED | Some college preferred
A minimum of one- year office experience, or an appropriate combination of experience and education.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to operate other office equipment, such as, fax/copy machine, calculator etc.
Ability to use multi-screen systems and maneuver through several programs simultaneously
Excellent organization and multi-task ability
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

The Team Member is occasionally required to stand and walk and walk upstairs.
The Team Member is occasionally required to stand for long periods of time, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
The Team Member must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
