Creative Audio Director

Burbank, CA | Full Time

COMPENSATION RANGE: 100,000.00 - 125,000.00

Summary

Oversee the sonic brand image and creative audio production for our Hispanic brands. This leadership role is also responsible for developing and integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our content production workflows.

Essential Functions

• Recording & Technical Setup: Maintain and implement industry‑standard tools and technologies for daily branded content and commercial production, supporting producers across various U.S. markets.
• Editing & Post‑Production: Lead the manipulation of raw audio, dialogue editing, sound effect creation, and sound enhancement for broadcast, video, and podcast content.
• Mixing & Mastering: Ensure professional clarity and quality by balancing audio levels, adjusting tones, and mastering final products.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner closely with clients, producers, and talent to deliver on creative visions,
• Manage: a robust team of production professionals to meet tight, fast‑paced deadlines.

Required Education and Experience

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), such as Adobe Audition.
• Auditory Skills: Exceptional listening capabilities and a keen attention to detail for audio quality.
• Management Experience: Proven ability to oversee and mentor a production team.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, talent, and external partners.
• Experience: Previous experience in recording, mixing, or post‑production, often demonstrated through a professional portfolio.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year of related experience in a management role.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
