About the Role
Albireo Energy is hiring Field Automation Specialist I & II's to join our Mission Critical team. If you have a background in controls, electrical, or HVAC and want to build a career in one of the fastest-growing trades in construction — data center automation — this is your entry point. You'll learn from experienced technicians and engineers on active projects from day one.

What You'll Do
Assist with wiring verification and point-to-point continuity checks on field-installed automation devices.
Support network bring-up activities under direction of senior technicians.
Assist with startup tasks for BAS and EPMS field devices.
Maintain field markups and assist with daily project reports.
Report to work on time and ready to perform assigned tasks.
Maintain company tools, test equipment, materials, and company vehicle(s).
Complete assigned OEM and internal training as part of your career growth plan.

Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in controls, HVAC, or electrical preferred — entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
Associate degree or vocational training preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
OSHA-10 preferred — ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Self-starter attitude: inquisitive, reliable, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with basic computer skills and MS Office.
Pay Rate $60k-$95K DOE.
