Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions in the industry. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and highlight return on investment using proprietary analytic tools.

Key Responsibilities

Build long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships through consultative sales methods, becoming a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.

Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, driving sales and closing new business.

Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.

Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory.

Deliver outstanding customer support with regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights, and providing solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Conduct in‑person meetings and engage in travel by car, including trips outside the office driving radius.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, or related technologies.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Commercial Real Estate and success in building long‑term relationships with senior/C‑Suite level clients.

Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.

Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle before or by the start date.

Flexibility to adapt at a high‑growth company and proactive teamwork skills.

Compensation The base salary range is $70,000‑$80,000 depending on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities, as well as a generous benefits plan.
