Responsibilities:
Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
Take incoming sales calls and respond to incoming internet leads
Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features in the showroom and on the lot
Conduct a needs analysis and provide customer with vehicle options
Share purchase and lease options and complete price quotes
Build strong rapport with customers
Complete paperwork with customer and provide vehicle walk around at delivery
Follow up with customer after the sale
Qualifications:
Previous automotive sales experience
Proven sales track record
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
Quality customer service skills and sales track record
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, in-person and over the phone
Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background, drug)
