Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's experience
Serve as an advocate to Pat Lobb Toyota by sharing the brand.
Communicate effectively to customers both in person and over the phone by listening and understanding customer's needs and wants.
Consulting and guiding customers to take the next appropriate step in the buying process.
Facilitating steps of the sale, including the vehicle appraisal process, taking test drives and submitting finance applications.
Participate and maintain Toyota product knowledge through on-going training and self-development. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
No prior sales experience necessary – Toyota sales experience is a plus!
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Eager to learn new product knowledge with a desire to improve skills
Effective communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
