Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our Ford sales team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, desking deals, and driving consistent growth in both new and pre-owned Ford vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Desk deals and assist sales consultants in closing new and pre-owned Ford vehicle sales
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, training, and accountability
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with Ford brand standards
Handle escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and merchandising for Ford vehicles
Partner with F&I to maximize profitability and customer experience
Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent
Analyze sales data, market trends, and Ford programs to adjust strategy
Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of automotive sales management experience (Ford experience preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills
Experience working with Reynolds & Reynolds
Knowledge of Ford products, incentives, and programs is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
