WHO WE ARE: pare Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator I who works well both independently and in a team - preferably with prior proposal writing, marketing, and/or communications experience. The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, or a related industry, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. The primary focus of this role is supporting the proposal process (managing technical team coordination, proposal layout and structure, content editing and development, and aligning all content and design elements with Pare’s brand) and supporting all of the firm’s marketing/communications and business development activities. This position will be based in our Foxboro, MA office and is a critical part of a team that helps to secure projects that deliver meaningful and impactful improvements to communities throughout New England.

The Marketing Coordinator I position’s core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with principals, senior staff, technical staff, and marketing team members to plan, design, write, and produce compliant qualifications packages, proposals, and presentations that align with Pare’s brand standards

Organize and coordinate the activities and documents involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, promotional materials, and submittals -- ensuring on-time submission/delivery

Quality control / quality assurance for all print and digital content including grammar and editing for consistent voice and tone

Administrative support of the CRM database including opportunities, projects, clients, contacts, and reports

Provide graphic design support for proposals, presentations and specialized project and marketing pieces

Marketing support for events including assisting with planning, set-up/break down, coordination of technical team speaker/attendee requirements, sponsorships, branding and exhibiting, etc. for events, conferences, trade shows, industry organization meetings, and career fairs

Support for maintenance and provision of new content for the company website

Support for maintenance and new content development for social media account(s)

Support for public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, email marketing campaigns, market research, and other tasks as needed/assigned

Support for business development initiatives and activities

WHAT YOU BRING:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or an applicable technical discipline related to Pare’s core business preferred

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Strong graphic design skills

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

Experience with a CRM is strongly preferred, but not required

AEC industry experience is strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff at all levels

Ability to work successfully and independently in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple time-sensitive projects/deadlines

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset are essential

Creativity and strong attention to detail

Strong desire to learn and grow
