Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Order Specialist to support our sales operations. This role ensures accurate order processing, tracks shipments, and provides excellent service to customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and monitor sales orders accurately Track shipments, deliveries, billing, and backlogs Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues Prepare quotations and supporting documentation Generate internal reports and presentations Maintain compliance with safety policies Perform other duties as needed Qualifications
