POSITION SUMMARY: Directs the General Services Department including supervision of departmental staff. Oversees the maintenance, housekeeping, grounds and utilities systems for PMS facilities in Santa Fe. Also responsible for construction and remodel management, vehicles, group purchasing, as well as property and liability corporate insurance for PMS facilities statewide.
