Job Overview
The Float Environmental Services Director provides general oversight and maintenance of property or properties (building & grounds) including all major utility, life safety and security systems. Fills in for Environmental Services Directors at Ebenezer owned and managed communities and supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff. Ensures 24/7 emergency On-Call response per rotating schedule.
This schedule includes:
Casual/On call
Weekends as needed
Responsibilities
Provides general oversight and maintenance of property, including all major utility, life safety, and security systems
Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff
Ensures timely and effective turnover of apartments
Provides 24/7 emergency on-call response per rotating schedule
Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience
Special Class C Boiler Operator’s License within 90 Days
Commercial Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Associate of Arts in Industrial Energy or related field
5 years of experience
