Job Description: Responsible for overseeing the following Revenue Cycle support functional areas: Project Management, Quality Audit, Training, and Education as well as tangent functions such as Change Management and Communication. Responsible for overseeing standardization, accuracy, timeliness, as well as department level Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to Revenue Cycle operational leaders. Collaborates with the other corporate Revenue Cycle leaders and the Divisional Revenue Cycle Officers to optimize the operations within the above stated support functions, based on current state pain points and priorities for each Division and Revenue Cycle functional area. Oversees the Project Management team to ensure forecasted timelines, project budget, and project objectives are met, and best practice project management methodologies and processes are adopted. Monitors the pipeline of strategic projects where Project Management resources would be required, to appropriately evaluate prioritization, team capacity and potential backlog. Oversees the Quality Audit, Training, and Education team to ensure quality audit-related policies and procedures are standardized, consistently enforced, and aligned with leading practices. Supports the establishment and optimization of processes to ensure that knowledge and skills gaps are identified through ongoing quality audits, and are addressed in education and training activities. Responsible for ensuring alignment of department with the broader Revenue Cycle and enterprise strategic objectives. Other duties as assigned.

Ability to interpret technical system requirements and languages and bridge that understanding with Revenue Cycle leaders [Preferred]

Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:
in business administration, finance, or a related field
in finance, business, or health administration
Work Experience:
10+ of project management, process improvement, education, auditing, or related experience. [Preferred]
3+ of project management, process improvement, education, auditing, or related experience. [Required]
5+ progressive leadership experience leading teams in a hospital and/or physician environment [Required]
7+ of progressive leadership experience [Preferred]
Background in change management and project management [Required]
