The Opportunity
We’re looking for a VP of Marketing who is hungry, sharp, and obsessed with results. This isn’t a caretaker role. You’ll touch every piece of the revenue engine—DTC e-commerce, affiliate and partner channels, and field sales enablement—in a fast-paced environment to build, iterate, and scale what works. The right person treats AI as a force multiplier, not a buzzword. You’re already using AI tools to analyze data, optimize funnels, generate content, and move faster than teams twice your size. ?DTC & E-Commerce Revenue —
Drive measurable improvements to product pages, funnel performance, and customer acquisition. You own the numbers from click to close. Field & Distributor Enablement —
Equip our global distributor network with the tools, campaigns, and assets they need to sell more effectively and recruit better. Affiliate & Partner Channels —
Build and scale partnerships that extend our reach and drive qualified, high-intent traffic. AI-Powered Execution —
Leverage AI across analytics, content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow automation to maximize output and speed. Cross-Functional Strategy —
Partner closely with Sales, R&D, and executive leadership to align sales strategy with company growth objectives. What We’re Looking For
Proven revenue driver —
3+ years of hands‑on experience growing sales, conversions, or revenue in a DTC, affiliate, or field sales environment. AI-native mindset —
You don’t just “know about” AI tools—you use them daily to move faster and think bigger. Product page obsession —
You’ve personally improved e-commerce conversion rates and can talk specifics about what you changed and why it worked. Channel versatility —
Experience with affiliate programs, D2D sales models (solar, pest, or similar), or network marketing is a strong plus. Metabolic health enthusiasm —
Genuine curiosity about science-backed supplementation and the metabolic health space. Biohackers welcome. Builder mentality —

$115,000–$140,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits. In addition to competitive pay we can offer:
