Sales Account Manager - Asian OEM/EV (English/Japanese Bilingual Preferred)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks
Maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction
Secure profitable growth within our holistic product portfolio, prioritizing targeted platforms and opportunities
Coordinate with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure customer and business unit success
Secure cash flow income & EBIT targets to ensure positive company financial performance
Maintain consistent presence with customer purchasing, engineering, and advanced development teams
Represent the company as needed at industry events, trade shows, and technical demonstrations
Define and execute mid & long‑term strategy for customer accounts
Identify & secure new business through strategic customer planning, relationship building, and active customer account management
This is what you bring to us
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
5+ years of Sales experience; preferably in Tier 1 Automotive
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience working with a Japanese OEM is preferred. Japanese language skill is a plus
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to cultivate
