Samsung Semiconductor Foundry team is hiring for Director of Sales Systems & Enablement which will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing support of the sales technology stack, with a central focus on Salesforce. This role will drive sales productivity by ensuring the sales team has the tools, data, and training necessary to maximize their effectiveness.
Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy.

What You’ll Do Salesforce Administration & Integration: Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce with other key sales and marketing systems. Sales Technology Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and recommend new sales technologies to improve sales processes and performance. Automation & Workflow Development: Design and implement automated workflows within Salesforce and other sales tools to streamline sales activities. Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales systems. Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards. Sales Enablement Program Development: Create and deliver sales enablement programs focused on product knowledge, sales skills, and tool proficiency. User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team on all sales systems and tools. Collaboration with IT: Work closely with the IT department to ensure the stability and security of the sales technology infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and bugs.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business or equivalent practical experience with 20+ years or a Master’s with 18+ years. 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a comparable role with a strong technical focus. Extensive experience with administering and customizing Salesforce. Proven track record integrating Salesforce with other sales and marketing tools. Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices. Excellent communication and training skills. Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Administrator or Developer. Experience with data science tools, e.g. Python, R. Experience with on-premise database management and warehousing. Korean language is a plus. Inclusive, adapting style to diverse global norms.
