Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Amazon Ads' omnichannel creative personalization solution, balancing advertiser needs, customer experience, and business impact

Lead cross‑functional teams across product, science, engineering, and design to develop differentiated market positioning and competitive strategies for personalization technologies across display, audio, and video formats

Drive adoption of AI‑powered creative personalization capabilities, automation tools, and interactive ad formats across STV, web, and mobile channel

Partner with analytics teams to define and track metrics that demonstrate creative effectiveness and the impact of personalization

Collaborate with product, sales, partner development, and marketing teams to develop enablement materials on personalization best practices across ad formats

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in omnichannel advertising and personalization to inform GTM strategy

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders to align on priorities and drive cross‑functional initiatives

Create business cases and implementation roadmaps to accelerate customer adoption of personalization solutions

Identify market opportunities and create business cases for new personalization features across ad formats and channels

Represent Amazon Ads at industry events and customer meetings to promote our personalization capabilities

About the Team The CreativeX team at Amazon Ads is focused on building and transforming creative technology and experiences at scale. Our mission is to power innovative ad experiences for brands on Amazon. We democratize access to high-quality, ad‑ready creative by providing AI‑infused creative building solutions to advertisers for use on a self‑service basis. These solutions help our advertisers accelerate time‑to‑campaign by reducing friction in the creative production process. And, these solutions empower brands to drive improved engagement with consumers up‑and‑down the marketing funnel through personalized experiences across ad formats.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

5+ years of professional or military experience

5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry experience

5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience

Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences

Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience

MBA

Knowledge of the AdTech industry (e.g., Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs)

Knowledge of Amazon Ad products and solutions

The base salary range for this position is 162,700.00 - 220,200.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
