We are partnering with a B2B SaaS company to hire a

Website Optimization Specialist

to support their marketing and site experience team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and launching marketing pages, collaborating across teams, and improving website performance through testing and analytics.

You will work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to translate campaign ideas into live website experiences. The role is highly hands‑on and focused on executing marketing web initiatives while helping improve conversion and user experience across a high‑traffic site.

What You’ll Do

Build, update, and publish marketing pages within a CMS environment

Translate campaign concepts and creative direction into functional landing pages and site experiences

Partner with designers, marketers, and developers to launch campaigns and site updates

Manage the content workflow from build through stakeholder review to final deployment

Ensure brand consistency and UX standards across the marketing website

Support experimentation initiatives by implementing and monitoring A/B tests

Analyze page performance using analytics and user behavior tools to identify optimization opportunities

Contribute to ongoing improvements to site structure, performance, and user experience

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience working with marketing websites or content management systems

Strong hands‑on CMS experience (Contentful or similar platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, etc.)

Experience building landing pages or marketing site content for SaaS or B2B companies

Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation tools

Experience reviewing site performance through analytics platforms (such as GA4) and user behavior tools (heatmaps, session recordings, etc.)

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot or adjust page components

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, design, and engineering

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple site updates and campaigns simultaneously

Nice to Have

Experience working with headless CMS platforms

Background supporting growth marketing or conversion optimization initiatives

Familiarity with experimentation platforms and marketing analytics tools
