or related field.* 7 years of program or project management experience.* Experience in leadership or management role.* Higher education and/or academic medicine experience. Fewer years of experience could be balanced by deep healthcare experience.* Experience with Microsoft Project* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.* 10 years of program or project management experience.* 5 years in a healthcare setting or large matrixed organization.* Project Management Professional (PMP)* Program Management Professional (PgMP)* Lean Six Sigma Certification* Prosci Change Management Certification- Operational Budget Range: $2M – $6M annually (excluding compensation)
