This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Boston & Greater Boston with some work-from-home and office flexibility. You will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, collaborating with clients and colleagues, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to industry regulations. Daily tasks include showing properties, open houses, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the buying, selling or rental process.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to work weekends and weekday evenings
Familiarity with the Boston and Greater Boston real estate market is a plus
Participate in Compass meetings and training sessions
