CoWorx Staffing is seeking an experienced

Corporate Recruiter

to join our client’s Human Resources team and support full-cycle recruiting for our

organization headquartered in Kennesaw, GA . This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across key business areas with a

focus on IT

and supporting general positions.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic sourcing capability, strong relationship management, and hands-on recruiting experience within a corporate environment. This position will play a key role in ensuring a consistent, high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

— from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and critical roles across financial services disciplines (credit, collections, underwriting, accounting, risk, compliance, treasury, and operations).

Deliver a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency throughout the process.

Track recruiting metrics (time to fill, source effectiveness, diversity mix) and provide regular updates to HR and business leaders.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring practices and policies, including EEO and OFCCP standards.

Represent the company’s culture and values in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

5+ years

of professional recruiting experience in IT and general recruiting.

Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions across diverse functions.

Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ADP experience is a plus).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Location:

Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid: 3–4 days onsite per week)

Duration:

9–12 months (potential for extension based on business needs)
