What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits while ensuring a superior offboarding experience
Provide trusted guidance on various HR matters, ensuring legal compliance and best practices
Independently lead meetings with clients and external employees regarding terminations and negotiations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities
Act as a resource for employee relations matters, guiding clients through workplace concerns
What is Required (Qualifications)
Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies
Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
Strong understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals
Superior communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Tertiary qualifications in HR, labor relations, or paralegal studies
Experience in navigating employment laws and regulations in EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Zendesk
Ability to innovate and optimize processes, advocating for automation and best practices
