What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
Provide guidance on HR matters, ensuring legal compliance and best practices
Independently lead meetings with clients and external employees regarding terminations and separations
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits
Track and monitor ongoing employee relations cases, ensuring timely follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications)
Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies
Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
Strong understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals
Superior communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead difficult conversations
Business level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or paralegal studies
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including Legal and Payroll teams
Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Zendesk
Appetite to innovate and optimize processes within HR functions
Strong operational efficiency and attention to detail in record-keeping
