Role Description This is a full-time, remote or on site in Canby, OR, for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Advantage Mortgage Inc. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for managing and processing mortgage loan applications to ensure they are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include verifying borrower information, reviewing loan applications, coordinating with underwriters and lenders, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members to ensure a seamless loan approval process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in the mortgage industry, including a strong understanding of Mortgage Lending and Loans.
Hands-on experience in Loan Processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance requirements.
Knowledge of Underwriting practices and their application in loan approval processes.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Clear communication skills to liaise with clients, underwriters, and internal teams.
Experience with relevant loan software systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
