Role Description Property Operations & Tenant Relations
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants; address inquiries, service requests, and concerns with professionalism.
Coordinate vendor work, maintenance activities, and building inspections to ensure timely completion and compliance with standards.
Assist with onboarding new tenants, move-ins/outs, and delivering welcome materials and building rules.
Support budget preparation, reforecasts, and financial reporting.
Review invoices, process payables, and assist with rent collections and tenant account reconciliation.
Maintain accurate documentation including certificates of insurance, lease files, vendor contracts, and compliance reports.
Property Performance & Compliance
Help monitor building systems, sustainability initiatives, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Assist in managing RFPs, contract renewals, and vendor performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Operational Support & Team Collaboration
Participate in property tours, ownership reporting, and preparation of presentations and documentation.
Support capital improvement tracking and project coordination.
Collaborate with the broader Lee & Associates Asset Management team to support portfolio-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in commercial property management, real estate, or related field (preferred).
Working knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and lease administration.
Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Professionalism, initiative, and a team‑oriented mindset.
Real Estate Salesperson License is a plus (or the willingness to obtain).
