What you'll do

Asset Protection Security – Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, guidelines, environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations. Supports facility security staff, monitors and maintains access control equipment.

Employee Health and Safety – Knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, emergency evacuation plans. Accesses organizational resources to address business‑specific health and safety hazards, supports the implementation of relevant guidelines, maintains emergency response directories, summons emergency services, conducts audits, and creates audit reports.

Partnership Collaboration – Stakeholder identification, communication and engagement techniques. Owns the delivery of project activity, supports process updates, solves business issues, and demonstrates functional knowledge.

Data and Digital Literacy – Knowledge of data collection, digital applications and data governance. Gathers, interprets, analyzes data, creates reports, leverages technology, and reviews information across systems.

EHS Training Delivery – Knowledge of training methodologies. Supports instructors, manages feedback, utilizes training lifecycles, and maintains best‑practice repositories.

Influential Communication – Proficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication skills and situational awareness. Organizes thoughts, presents, uses data, listens actively, provides feedback, and builds a professional network.

Process Improvement – Supports the implementation of improvement strategies, identifies gaps, participates in investigations, and leads root‑cause analysis.

Environmental Protection – Knowledge of environmental policies and regulations. Demonstrates awareness, responds to inquiries, implements policies, and promotes environmental issues.

Operational Excellence – Knowledge of SOPs and OBW. Explains functions, clarifies roles, identifies primary operational functions, and locates SOP information.

Ethics and Integrity – Complies with company policies, completes assignments, collaborates with managers and customers, recommends improvements, and adapts to change.
