Job Location The Market Coordinator will be based in San Francisco, CA, but may also be located in Walnut Creek, CA or San Jose, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with PNC Private Bank Leadership and Advisor teams to proactively manage administrative needs.
Provide client and service support across all PNC Private Bank disciplines.
Handle client/prospect activities, administrative support, meeting and event management, and risk management.
Support multiple complex client implementations, consult with clients, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and participate in special projects.
Escalate issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with technology and readiness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
University or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience (or equivalent).
Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,003.00 – $89,700.00. Incentive eligibility based on company, business, or individual performance.
