Opportunity Overview Join our team as the Leasing Manager at Hampden House in Bethesda, MD! We’re looking for an outgoing individual with strong customer service, networking, marketing, and sales skills to lead the Leasing team to achieve sales goals.
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Leasing Manager will provide superior customer service to all prospective residents and lead the Leasing team to achieve sales goals.
About The Opportunity As a Leasing Manager you will lead the sales team to peak performance while developing sales and marketing strategies that increase traffic, maximize closing ratios, and achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy. You will respond to web leads, telephone inquiries, conduct site tours, and effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents. You will also lead motivational monthly leasing programs guided by goals to achieve optimum performance.
What You Bring
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing in retail, multifamily, or hospitality.
Minimum of two (2) years of luxury customer service experience.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with residents/guests in a luxury customer service manner.
Fluency in English written and spoken.
Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions accurately.
Knowledge of Yardi, CRM systems and Fair Housing laws.
