Role Overview This is a full-time hybrid position located in the Des Moines Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Real Estate Agent will work closely with buyers and sellers, providing expert support through all stages of real estate transactions, including property showings, negotiations, and agreement closures. The role requires cultivating strong client relationships, staying informed on local market trends, and collaborating with professionals such as lenders and inspectors to ensure seamless transactions. Agents will also be responsible for creating marketing strategies and delivering exemplary customer service to meet client needs.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License
Strong skills in customer service and sales
Experience in real estate and understanding of real property, including market trends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Proficiency in technology and real estate tools is a plus
Knowledge of the Des Moines metro area is advantageous
