Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a sales professional, based across Louisiana. This role will educate employees on available benefits and healthcare options, guide them in selecting the best plans for their individual needs, and provide year-round support and advocacy. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with employers to streamline benefit administration processes, offering assistance in enrolling employees, and conducting training sessions to boost benefits engagement and understanding.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance
Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
Experience in Training employees on benefits and providing educational support
Proven abilities in Sales and promoting benefit solutions effectively
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work on-site across Louisiana
Previous experience in a similar role and/or certifications in benefits-related fields are preferred
